Result: strategy & business case for retail for a local ice cream producer (Best European Ice Cream 2017)
‘De IJskuip’ is a local producer of award-winning ice-cream. The ice-cream is made from milk from their own Jersey’s cows. This A2 type milk is richer in fat, protein, vitamine B2, D3 & E, calcium and omega-3 which gives the ice-cream the unique taste and creamy texture. In 2017 ‘De IJskuip’ won the price for best European ice-cream in Italy with one of their best recipes using local ingredients as honey and raspberrries.
The Boilery assists ‘De IJskuip’ in defining the strategy, developping a viable business case & growth strategy and managing the supply chain for retail and foodservice.
